What do you like most?
Hotel Marcel partners with FLEXIPASS to offer hassle-free keyless access to our hotel rooms and hotel facilities. FLEXIPASS is extremely fast and flexible enabling guests to get access to their hotel room. FLEXIPASS is intuitive and guests can download a Digital Key to their smartphone within seconds.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be honest FLEXIPASS covers most of our needs. However, it would be nice if more than 1 smartphone could open the same door.
