What do you like most?
Personally I find it to be a useful platform for connecting with potential guests. The integration with our booking system is smooth, and the platform’s clean layout makes it easy for guests to find what they need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be great if we were allowed more flexibility in setting special rates or promotions for our property. Additionally, I think having a way to directly communicate with guests through the platform could help improve the overall guest experience.
