What do you like most?
-It is very user friendly! It allows you to easily navigate through different pages to see tasks, respond to guest, make notes and etc. -Guest request are a breeze with helloshift! Anything they need or want, comments or notes can be read by staff prior to their arrival.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-Honestly, not much! It is very user friendly and easy to learn. It doesn't take much to get things done on helloshift. -One improvement can be to customize the page with different colors and maybe add emojis! Everyone loves emojis,
