What do you like most?
We truly appreciate the continuous development and innovation of the ASA system. It’s great to see how the software constantly evolves and becomes even better tailored to our specific needs. It simplifies our daily operations, saves us valuable time, and helps our entire team work more efficiently. The user interface is intuitive, the updates are meaningful, and the support team is always responsive and friendly. We genuinely feel that ASA listens to its clients, takes feedback seriously, and constantly delivers improvements that make a real difference for our hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, we are extremely satisfied and impressed with how far the software has come. If there’s anything to improve, it would be great to see even more automation features and deeper integrations with third-party systems in the future. A few extra customization options for reports, dashboards, and user permissions would make it even more flexible. Also, having a few advanced analytics tools for performance tracking and forecasting would add additional value. But in general, ASA already performs exceptionally well and clearly stands out as one of the most complete hotel management solutions we’ve ever worked with.
