What do you like most?
Their prompt response to any query is highly commendable, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the overall UI and UX of the platform are very smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly, which makes website management and navigation seamless even for non-technical users.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some critical website-update issues took longer to resolve than expected. Also, the backend CRM/database is quite rigid — it lacks bifurcation of revenue by marketing channel (for example Google Ads vs Meta Ads), which makes it difficult to track and reconcile net vs gross revenue. Improving turnaround time for critical fixes and adding flexible, channel-wise revenue reporting would be very helpful.
