What do you like most?
One Budget Hotel Chiang Rai Phahonyothin has the opinion that they like the convenience of creating Bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The time it takes to create a booking for online travel agents is slow, for example Agoda takes about 10 to 15 minutes to create a booking when a customer walks in and makes a booking at the counter, causing customers to have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes when a customer suddenly changes a booking, the booking is not entered in the system, causing the staff to have to create the booking themselves. I would like the system to be more stable, it is slow.
