What do you like most?
What stands out most is how easy Kollective is to work with. They really took the time to understand who we are and what makes each of our properties different. The new websites feel like an extension of our hospitality, welcoming, clear, and a pleasure to use. On the digital side, we’ve seen steady growth in direct bookings, and the campaigns feel thoughtful rather than generic. They’re always just a message away and genuinely care about results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There’s always room to grow, but overall we’re very happy. Any small ideas we’ve had along the way have been taken on board quickly and with care.
