What do you like most?
The team response is good. The follow up of the team is good. The final output of the website design was good. We are seeing quite a few direct bookings from the website. Simplotel team is helpful with the upsell of our services. We are hopeful to see very good results in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
SEO can be improved. The follow up is good definitely. Still would be happy to have an improved SEO Plan.
