What do you like most?
Despite the price, Preno delivers excellent value. The seamless OTA integrations and guest management features make it worth every penny. The lack of offline mode is a downside, but the reliability and support make up for it. Our guests have noticed the improvement!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Higher cost compared to some competitors. Limited offline functionality. Though the front-desk operations are smooth, and the back-office integrations save hours but the system rarely crashes, and updates are seamless.
