What do you like most?
The team at Umi helped to build a website which was not only beautiful and informative but also considered the guest journey and triggers we wanted to achieve along with some we hadn't considered at the outset. Additionally they helped shape our corporate identity with a great on-boarding process. Harry, Dana and the team at Umi have really cared about what we wanted and their hospitality marketing expertise set them apart when we were considering who we wanted to partner with on our web design project.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing at present - happy with the service - we are now exploring the use of a chat bot to add to our website
