What do you like most?
What I like most about Duve is that the guest comes with a pre-registration and there is no need to enter so much data. We also have another platform to communicate with the guest, which is always appreciated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish Duve could reach 100% of our customers to save valuable time at check in. So far, for the time we have been with Duve, we are very happy with this tool.
