What do you like most?
Supports is there to answer all questions in detail. Fairly easy to use and understand. On the distribution end it integrates well with everything, troubleshooting is fairly easy as long as you understand how to the back end it also easy to understand. Reporting is great. Dataspy is my BFF. Great for independent hotels. Seamless checkin process easy to build rates, groups/ room block easy to use accounting features and reservations. Its not "pretty" but very functional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Training/ Infor U could use some work. A few features that you would think would be a standard you have to "request" and may lead to additional fees for build.
