What do you like most?
We know we can collaborate and get things accomplished with out a bunch of red tape so to speak. The platform is very user friendly. Support staff will provide assistance until any issues or projects are resolved or complete.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The booking flow on RT4 and we have voiced our concerns, they listen and help to improve. Otherwise any impovements we have requested have been resolved.
