What do you like most?
I most appreciate the customization of Revinate. You can adjust the data information to provide exactly what you are seeking. It has improved reputation through use of lead reminders and template emails. It assists to collect guest information for simplified tracking and future campaigns. You can directly adjust areas of the GEMs and the app for what information guests view. Easy adjust to open and close aspects of application too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Integration to additional platforms used (Spa Soft, Fareharbor) - Further Opera reservation Integration - To continue making improvements for client experience Further improvement to how information is able to be provided to guests. There are limitations regarding the tiles and the amount of information provided, or how the information is reflected. Additionally, there is a limit to the amount of information tiles, and the configuration of the times. Information within a tile have similar limitations as well, and how information is reflected to guest.
