What do you like most?
The communication with the Housekeeping staff for reporting request for our guest or otherwise via the chat or assign rooms via the reporting is streamline for the running of the day. we collaborate with all our staff without the interruption of walkies talkies or mobile phones ringing. The task for housekeeping is made much easier with the optii systems. Our room are a very high standard clean, and the help with such a system as optii is fantastic in having all the team within the building on the same page.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Optii is great for US receptionist to keep an eye on the running of the day. We can work closly with our housekeeping staff instead of how it was before hand, them in one department and us in another. Having this system is a real help and keeps all of us a close team.
