What do you like most?
I have been using this system since 2016. Easy to use, support is excellent. Links easily with OTAs . communication with guests is automated. Makes life easy
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A diary system to enable me to put through balances eg I collect deposits at time of booking, then I ask for balances 2 weeks before, but I have to diarize elsewhere as there isnowhere on the system.
