What do you like most?
Patrick with his team has been great to work with, with very responsive customer service. Their solution is intuitive, easy to integrate with, and is a must have in our effort to offer a seamless mobile contactless solution for guests at Banff Park Lodge and Peaks Hotel & Suites. If you are looking for digital key provider complementing the traditional card access, Flexipass is a great choice!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only suggestion for FLEXIPASS is to advocate with their partners they integrate with to enable multiple keys per room. FlexiPass can easily deliver multiple keys per room, but Canary's contactless checkin doesn't support this functionality yet. We hear that Canary should be able to develop this piece within a few months.
