What do you like most?
LodgIQ keeps knowledge at my fingertips. This has allowed me to be ready for any questions fired my way in mere moments. LodgIQ is my default, go to for market conditions, pace, and quick reference in pick up and segmentation analysis. The LodgIQ teams responsiveness and willingness to help in a fast moving industry is also admirable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
LodgIQ continues to build and change for the better. I think another one of their strong suits is the openness to listen to their partners feedback and adapt to change. I think room type pricing and fine tuning pricing recommendations can remain the main area for improvement and focus. Screen formatting, compatibility as a minor tune up, specifically on a laptop would be a welcomed improvement.
