What do you like most?
They are helping us a lot with our direct booking business. Myhotelshop handles our campaign management for meta search and google ads as well as google hotel ads. They point out areas to improve, e.g. rate management/ parity and give ideas how to improve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
they are doing a great job and I cannot think of anything that could be improved right now.
