What do you like most?
The virtual tour tool they provide us with has been an extremely valuable resource for our hotel. It has allowed us to show our facilities in a very realistic and attractive way, which has had a positive impact on both customer experience and business processes. In addition, the functionality to generate floor plans of our meeting rooms has been particularly useful for events and groups, as it makes it easier to plan and visualize the available spaces.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far, the experience has met our expectations. I have no immediate suggestions for improvement, except for small configuration details that are more to satisfy specific internal needs in which we are sure they will succeed.
