What do you like most?
Staff interaction and collaboration. I especially like that I can login from home on my cell phone. Instead of just at the office.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Automatic Save feature would be NICE. I have a tendency to start new posts throughout the shift and sometimes I forget to publish or save the posts and go right into checking in a reservation or doing something else that requires urgent attention. Then when I come back to editing my post, it'll either start a new post or go back to the original before my very last entry without saving it. Then I have to go through my notes and reenter everything all over again.
