What do you like most?
RIMS offers everything what big structured companies are not able to do.: efficiency and flexibility. RIMS knows the exact needs of the hotelier and is able to adapt their existing products by creating a tailored made program to suit to your system. The big ones cannot do that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hoping that they will be keeping the above mentioned in their future business. Otherwise, nothing to be mentioned for improvement.
