What do you like most?
The software is easy to use and easy to understand, navigating through the website and candidates is fairly easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's hard to get to certain information needed without having to go back to the main screen or finding it through other channels, best example would be searching for other positions the candidate has applied for or been denied from. It takes various screens to find the info instead of a quick search or area to find it in.
