What do you like most?
Cost effective solution. Great support, implementation is streamlined and stress-free. Cloud based, Good reporting. The Rezlynx is a lot easier than previous PMS's to use, so this has freed up time on reception/sales etc so other jobs and responsibilities can be taken on and staff can progress in their jobs. With regards to reporting we can monitor staff work and ensure systems are being adhered to help profit/sales of hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There isn't anything that i dislike about this software. Everything works great and is easy to use.
