What do you like most?
We have been considering digital transformation; however, complete digital transformation was not easy since many companies offer partial digital transformation such as IoT, Kiosk, etc. Even with a smart pad in rooms, and a Kiosk at the front desk, the usage rate is very low. H2O Flow is a complete digital transformation package from transforming operational flow to transforming guest data management flow for targeted CRM. What I like most is that we do not need another tool for this DX since it all happens on the smartphone. Checkin and Checkout are super fast and easy now!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Immediate system launch is not possible since it is not SaaS. It takes time for customizing each hotel according to our existing system and our needs. However, definitely worth it to wait!
