What do you like most?
RoomKey is easy to learn, navigate and use anywhere you have wifi. Their on-line guides are very helpful when someone is new to the system and is learning the different functions. A world class support team that is without a doubt the best support team that I have worked with in over 30 years of hospitality. Adam is my go-to guy and is always a pleasure to deal with when I have questions on functionality or if I've actually had an issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There design team is always adding to the programs that are offered and maybe could offer a beta program for properties to try out before signing up.
