What do you like most?
Aptech's suite of products work together seamlessly to make automating accounting and finance processes as easy as possible that with other systems used in the past, were manual tasks. Their business intelligence platform, Execuvue, makes financial reporting streamlined and efficient by giving hotel operators the tools and data needed to make key business decisions. One thing I like the most about Aptech is how friendly, quick, and efficient their support staff is at answering questions and resolving any issues that appear. They operate as true business partners with their clients working hand in hand to make sure the platform is effective for all users.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No real improvements to note. Some users report latency of systems when performing certain operations, which Aptech is consistently working to help resolve and find solutions for.
