What do you like most?
Whenever I have a tech or support issue I need help with, I know it will always get rresolved quickly by a friendly team mmember. Whilst I was discussing a booking on the phone today I became cut off, probably because of my poor phone signal but I promptly received a call back to continue with my query. I then received a follow up call from Sam, (who it's always lovely to chat to), to make sure that everything had been dealt with ?
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if the opening hours were longer, as on occasions I have needed some help with a booking but the office has been closed. But I guess you can't all work ridiculous hours like us B and B owners ?
