What do you like most?
Staff was very helpful assisting me with what turned out to be a simple solution. Hold time was not too long.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if DormaKaba would produce tutorials or videos assisting property managers, who do not wish to go through a locksmith for every problem, with their locks and peripheral devices. I think a lot of simple questions could be answered this way and would reduce phone time.
