LOCKS ARE OKAY BUT WORST SERVICE THAT YOU COULD EVER EXPECT. THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT. I BOUGHT LOCKS FROM THEM 10 YEARS BEFORE AND IT WAS PERFECTLY ALRIGHT TO DEAL BUT AT PRESENT I AM EXPECTING TO RECEIVE MONEY FOR RETURNED ITEM AND THEY NOT PAYING BACK OR RESPOND.

I don't blame every product has problem, but Dormakaba Saflok customer service is very terrible. Not only customer service rep is not knowledgeable but also not professional. Their shipping time takes forever to receive it if I order any parts and supplies.

The key system is easy to operate. There really isnt much else to say. Overall they are a horrible company and if I could I would use anyone else over them. Already tried to email them feedback and no response, hope they see this.
