What do you like most?
I primarily use M3 at the property level in entering invoices, expenses to be paid by the corporate office. It is very easy to use, and gives me quick information if I have a vendor inquiring about payment. I also like the ability to store a scanned invoice if I need to look at it later. I know that my daily numbers are automatically sent into M3 by my property management system every night whey we roll the day. I really like the detail on my month end P&L statements.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are times when I cant get logged in, and it takes a full day for access. I've never received a good explanation for this.
