At times, the app has displayed incorrect menu items, leading to confusion for both guests and staff. This has resulted in delays in processing orders and providing the expected level of service. Additionally, there have been instances where order modifications made by guests through the app were not properly reflected on the kitchen’s end, causing further discrepancies in meal preparation and delivery. These technical glitches have sometimes led to frustration among guests, who expect timely and accurate service during their stay.
