- Easier for guests to order room service without having to talk to reception - Added value to the hotel services - Ease of use - It saves time for guests - Eliminates the need for direct personal communication if that is something that a guest would like to minimise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We still haven't used the service long enough so I can't think of anything that could be improved as of this current moment.
