We use the web-based guest application, they call it Virtual Concierge at Cornelia Deluxe Residence, Razlog and the benefit of the system is really good. Guests enjoy using it and we are happy with the increase in non-stay ravenue.

The valuable thing is that there is always quick and easy communication with the Touch Menu team at any time.
