What do you like most?
For-sight's CRM enables the marketing team to gain a single-customer-view through feeds from each of our booking systems and can track everything from recency/frequency to average spend ensuring our marketing campaigns can be optimised and tailored to each guest's needs. The Dot-digital email platform enables effective eCRM communications, including automated campaigns through each phase of the guest journey, and the API tool allows us to subscribe guests to our mailing lists from key touch points across our website. Since bringing in For-sight as the Hotel's CRM platform we have been able to deep dive into our data and build digital marketing strategies that boost sales and engagement as well as increase the frequency of visit and average spend per guest. I would not hesitate to recommend this platform to any hotels looking to gain a more holistic view of guest data and be more targeted in their email marketing communications. The For-sight support team are always quick to respond to any queries and help with guidance on how to use the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really, the system (in particular For-sight) can be quite complex to understand but the team are always prompt to provide support when needed.
