That you can watch it live, and it is a very user-friendly tool. Support is always available whenever you need it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Differentiate the user interface colors on mobile between glitch/jobs/guests. Unifocus is continuously improving; that's something i've noticed. Keep it up.
