What do you like most?
ThinkRes has made everything very easy to do from the computer and my mobile device. Excellent integration with OTA's.Outstanding support and onboarding was easy. I love their new messenger system where we can text guests with templates, custom texts and scheduled texts. They even have an online registration system that's easy for guests to use on their mobile devices. Saves a lot of labor for us and guests love the ease and time savings. They also have a superb booking engine that's easy to use and navigate for prospective guests. The booking engine also makes upsells very inviting (with pictures and descriptions) and easy for guests to add them to their reservations. Once a guest adds an upsell (like wine on ice) to their booking, we get an email and a task is created in the booking system in their reservation. This makes it easy to upsell items and keep track of fulfillment of each of the upsells. Once we started taking advantage of the booking engine upsell possibilities, our revenue went up quite a bit. Their help portal is very easy to use and now they even have a chat/instant messaging system as part of their help or support. If you're new at property management or understanding how to best increase revenue or run your operation, the training videos they have in their help portal are wonderful. They give professional and experienced insight for people new in the industry as well as the most experienced. Their customer support via email has the fastest turnaround I've experienced in the 10 years I've been using property management systems. Most often, they answer the question or resolve the problem within an hour or less. Their phone support is equally outstanding. When I call them anytime of day, weekends or weekdays, someone (a live person) picks up the phone and not only that, but the person answering the call is an expert who is able to resolve my issue or answer my question on the spot without needing to transfer me to anyone else in their organization. Just another way that Thinkreservations is set apart from other property management systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Very satisfied with everything. I don't know what they should improve on. Maybe allow more fields in the guest registration so that we can get actual guest emails when they book on OTA's
