What do you like most?
There are many different tools, such as the housekeeping section I work with. Everything is clear and quickly explained to others.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are more frequent connection interruptions during the day where the app no ​​longer responds at all and then has to be reopened completely. In addition, if I allocated the rooms in the morning, during the course of the day when the reception allocates the rooms for those arriving that day, the entire allocation is simply changed. The rooms that I didn't allocate for the inspection are then back on the list. Apart from that, I always get double notifications when a cleaner has set a room to clean, which is pretty annoying in the long run.
