What do you like most?
The H2O Flow product not only ensures a seamlessly fast check in process for our guests but also serves as a vital tool for revenue generation. With its room upgrade feature during the smart check in process, we can effectively upsell and drive additional revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing I can think of at the moment, I trust their customer service since they addressed any minor issue and resolved quickly. We have not experienced any major issue so far.
