What do you like most?
The great support during installation and support. The employees are all very professional and incredibly friendly. We always get a quick response and we are looked after intensively. With the complete package Guestline, Gastronovi and Guestpay - we enjoy working every day. The processes have been optimized and digitized. This makes everyday life much easier for us and our guests. We are very happy that we switched and now have such a great system. Thank you all! :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We work a lot with the room plan - it would be nice if we could change reservations directly from room to room or change arrival and departure dates without having to go into the reservation. That would help us a LOT :) Thank you!
