What do you like most?
Their team did all of the heavy lifting during setup - they were very thorough and did an excellent job. It was seamless and very quick to integrate into our website. The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive. Any technical support needed has been quick & efficient; the team is passionate & you can tell they care about how Guestchat is working for their clients and how they can make it better. It really is a no-brainer for any hotel looking to improve their guest's customer service experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing of note - but we are really looking forward to the AI integration in the coming weeks which will only enhance an already great product.
