What do you like most?
I have used them for last 7 years... the system is flawless and the customer service even BETTER! Laura has been my rep since day one and can't tell you how knowledgeable and professional, kind and courteous she has been. Instant constant within hours with any of my questions or needs. I feel SOOO BLESSED to have found Resnexus when I purchased my B&B and we have totally succeeded, and looked incredibly professional on line while doing so.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After 7 years of constant improvements, updates and amazing quality software... they have thought of everything, every single aspect of a customer contact and reservation system and procedures have been so well thought and executed. THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY!
