What do you like most?
The support is quick and usually very helpful. Also, the operation is quite simple, and many tasks in daily hotel management can be easily handled with it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The synchronization with Booking.com should work more reliably, as bookings sometimes go missing for us. Especially on weekends, this leads to unnecessary stress. Also, taxes should be displayed separately on invoices.
