What do you like most?
I appreciate how the system consolidates reservation information from travel agents connected through SiteMinder, allowing users to access and review booking details directly within the reservation search function. This feature is extremely convenient and beneficial, as it eliminates the need to log in to individual travel agent extranets to retrieve reservation information. It significantly reduces the time spent searching for booking details, streamlines daily reservation management, and improves overall operational efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be beneficial to enhance the system by providing more comprehensive booking details for reservations received from Booking.com and other partners, similar to the information available for travel agents connected through SiteMinder. The ability to attach booking confirmations to individual reservations would also be helpful. Additionally, organizing reservation information into clearly defined sections, such as Special Requests and Remarks from guests or travel agents, would make important details easier to access and review, improving usability and reservation management efficiency.
