The structure is clear and the handling in everyday life is uncomplicated. The connection to portals including mapping works quickly and reliably. SiteMinder is continuously developed and optimized. When support is needed, it responds promptly and provides reliable solutions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For operators of multiple properties, a stronger multi-property view would be helpful, for example for collective changes to rates across several hotels. In addition, the reports could be more detailed and exportable in a more flexible way.
