What do you like most?
Paraty manages everything perfectly for me, from the hotel website to the booking engine, with integration to the Channel Manager. All of this is supported by friendly, efficient, and professional staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They do a good job and are attentive to the needs of the hotels, but they need to do more intensive follow-up.
