What do you like most?
Many features, like pay by link, electronic pre registration, automatic payments, great interfaces with OTAs such as booking, Expedia. I am still waiting for the new Airbnb integration but the delay is with Airbnb.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The guest experience piece needs one click changes for all OTAs, and the onboarding was too short. Better to have 3 sessions: 1 set up, 2 coaching following 3 weeks use, and 3 follow up for optimisation of unused features.
