What do you like most?
It's a very comprehensive tool that has helped us tremendously in managing our hotel. We've been working with Mini Hotel for three years and have been very happy with the service. We especially appreciate that it includes tools like the Channel Manager and the booking engine, which greatly simplify our work and allow us to better manage reservations and different sales channels. Furthermore, their support team is excellent: they are very responsive and always willing to help us with any situation or question. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Mini Hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They are constantly improving, as we've seen over the years we've worked together. Perhaps the only area for improvement is the self-check-in. Otherwise, everything is very good.
