What do you like most?
As mentioned, the system is very user-friendly with a nice, modern graphic interface. We had transitioned from one PMS to another and implemented an RMS tool, and all the operations went very smoothly thanks to the assistance of the team. The plus is the live chat with nice operators like Ravi, always ready to assist you, definitely recommended!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I have to be picky, the system requires changing the password quite often, but I guess it's a necessary safety measure.
