What do you like most?
Customization is great and system is easy to use. Support is non existent, have been trying to reach out for more than a year to solve issues and get NO response back.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Tech Support should be a number one concern, however, after multiple attempts monthly for over 1 year, I have not been able to speak to a single person to help resolve multiple issues.
